Kidney Stone...

Yep...that is what we have been dealing with since Friday morning at 2:30am when we went to the Emergency Room. Adam woke up in more pain then he has ever experienced in his whole life according to him. Poor guy! The doctors said that it was a 3 mm stone...
but to Adam it felt more like this...
On Friday morning they said that the stone was really low and should pass within the next day - Although this wasn't the best news to Adam - he knew he could handle it for another day. Well, that ONE day ended up being 4 1/2 days...OUCH!!! Actually, honest truth - I'm not sure it has passed yet, but I'm very optimistic that is has because he went through the whole night last night without waking up in excruciating pain (although he had a fever of 103). I guess we'll wait and see.

If it hasn't passed he is scheduled for surgery tomorrow to blast it out. We are praying that he wont need to go through that. No. Fun.

Right now Adam is feeling okay and is at school taking a surgery test that he missed while out. He will have A LOT to make up - that is also...NO. FUN.

Our little(big) Girl...

Our "little" Anniston is getting so big. She is growing up so fast. I cannot believe how much she learns so fast. If I could pick up on stuff as well as she does I could be done with PA school in about 3 months rather than 2 years.
Just last week we were driving home from D.C. and she just started counting to 10! Stacey and I both looked at each other and were asking each other "did you know she could do that?!" We both said no. A few nights later we were singing to her at bedtime, we were singing "I am a Child of God" and part way through the song she just started singing so we stopped and she just sang right through the song! That has happened multiple time with a few different songs. I am just amazed at how smart she is and how quick she picks up on things.

Here are some pictures of little Anniston.

We live next to a school, for better or worse the playground is visible from her window. Stacey and I find ourselves over there ALL the time.

I can't even begin to tell you how much she loves the slide.

I also can't even begin to tell you how much of a girly girl we have. She hates being dirty, she has to be clean if she get anything on her hands they must be wiped clean immediatly, she can't stand having a dirty diaper for even a few seconds, and she HATES BUGS. I think I already wrote about the bug down by the river a few weeks ago, but yesterday we were walking on the bridge and a lady bug landed on her and she (for lack of a better term) freaked out. She just started hyper ventilating and then started screaming. I picked it up and held it for a minute then finally she let me put it on her hand, even then she was holding her hand as far from her as she could.

Another Beautiful Spring Day!

We had another SUNNY spring day!

First we went and had lunch at the park.

Then we walked by the river and flew a kite.

This was Anniston's first Kite flying experience, she seemed to like it until a dog walked by, then she was more interested in the 4 legged animal.

Finally we threw rocks in the river.
