Waiting...

Well, it has officially been 40 weeks and 1 day ... and ... we are still waiting! Yes, we watched the baby's due date come and go yesterday.
We haven't taken any pictures of me being prego with this little one - other than this - which we took yesterday - on the day he was supposed to arrive. I guess he just has other plans! Hopefully we won't have to wait too much longer!

We hope you all enjoy your Memorial Day! We are going to a beautiful lake for a picnic today and then off to a bbq with friends tonight - Keeping busy and Enjoying the one day that Adam has off of his rotations!
We'll keep you posted when the little one decides to come!

My Mother's Day!

I know that this is late in coming, but I wanted to show everyone how creative and wonderful my hubby is! For Mothers day - not only did I get a delicious breakfast in bed, I also got this flower bouquet -- isn't it soooo suuuper cute?!?! I'm not sure if you can tell, but on all of the flowers there is a gift....examples: 5 min. hand and foot massage, 20 min. body massage, 1 hr. of free time, special date night, etc.!

Thanks Adam! You truly are the BEST hubby ever! I Love You!

Anniston (along with the help of Daddy) made me this cute card/block. It has a different picture of us on everyside along with little, cute sayings. Thanks Anni Panni for making me the happiest Mommy ever! I love you!

Our Little Monkey Birthday Girl!

Wow! Anniston is now 2 yrs. old! I can't believe how fast time has gone by.

Anniston YOU are the Joy of our Lives and we Love You Soooo Much!
Here are some pictures of her special day and little party that we had.

Opening some presents from Mommy & Daddy, Gwamma & Gwampa, Aunties and Friends.

Anniston and Chloe are great friends! Their birthday's are only 11 days apart, so we decided to celebrate together! Here are the two of them with their very own Monkey Birthday Cakes!

Anniston with her cake and beautiful smile. I'm not sure why, but when she is trying to do a REALLY BIG smile, this is the results - ha,ha,ha! I promise she really was happy! Because Anniston got her own cake she was able to dive into it - however, she only liked to pick off the M&M's and be very delicate --- So, Daddy had to show her how it was done! It worked - Anniston got the hang of it and it was hands-off - face in the rest of the time!
The Proof! I think she liked her Chocolate Cake!
These cutie kid's are some of Anniston's friends! We're glad that they could celebrate with us!

While Anniston and Chloe ate their own cakes, the rest of us had these yummy Monkey Cupcakes with icecream!

White Apron Ceremony?!?!

Inspired by the white coat ceremony and all of Stacey's hard work this past year, I had to find some way to honor Stacey and all that she accomplished this year, thus the "WHITE APRON CEREMONY."

While I have been enrolled in a State Institution of higher learning, I also have been enrolled with Stacey and Anniston in an institution ordained by God, for even higher learning, "The Family." Stacey has been such a great wife and mother, especially over this last year, putting up with a PA student for a hubby. She truly deserves her "White Apron" as a token of her successful completion of her first year as the wife of a PA student.

White Coat Ceremony!!!

1 Year Down and 1 Year to go!!! The video isn't anything spectacular or exciting, but just so you can get a little peak at the white coat ceremony. The white coat ceremony is kind of like our graduation from our didactic (classroom) year to our clinical year.

I will admit that this year has been tough...I have had to study harder than I ever have had to before. We had at least 1 exam a week and there were times when it was 3 or 4 (this past week we had 6). Stacey, Anniston and I went though cylces of extreme stress the night before the exam - to taking a deep breath for a few hours after - then back to the stress again for the next test. With that said...this year has been a GREAT year for learning! I have loved the opportunity to study medicine!

I must say that it wasn't just me who went through a lot - I know Stacey and Anniston went through a lot to get me to where I am at.
